Mix all dry ingredients together in another bowl mix all liquid ingredients and gradually pour on dry ingredients and mix the same time place on paper cups and bake for 15 mins.. preheated oven for 10 mins in 180 degrees..

When it done cut in the middle 2 cm with knife and place chocolate in a horizontal way. Some will melt inside giving a yummy taste.
