Low-Calorie Celery Soup
Another soupmaker quickie, on this occasion to suit dieting daughter. It is a rather murky colour but tastes good and I was able to use up existing vegetables. The green chilli is on the strong side, which suits us fine, but could be made milder by omitting the seeds or using a milder pepper. The optional yoghurt garnish is down to personal taste. Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Put all ingredients except garnish in soupmaker and push “Start” button.
* Step 2
Serve piping hot, adding the yoghurt if wished, but only with your choice of bread if you’re not dieting.
