Ingredient

1/4 cup

olive oil

1/2 tsp

sumac

4 tbsp

lemon juice

1/4 tsp

salt

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Wash the green purslane leaves, strain and set aside over some kitchen paper towels to remove any excess water

* Step 2

In a small mixing bowl make the dressing by adding the olive oil, sumac, lemon juice, salt and mix well until combined, set aside.

* Step 3

Finally in your choice of serving dish add the green purslane leaves and the onion, adding the salad dressing moments before serving. Mix and enjoy next to your favorite dishes.
