#goldenapron3 we all love our chicken curry and some of us are ' Diwana' of Chicken! This one is for all such Chicken curry lovers!!

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Marinate the chicken with salt, turmeric powder, curd, ginger,garlic paste, kasuri methi and 1 tbsp oil mix well, cover it and keep aside for 15 minutes.
* Step 2
Heat oil in a kadai add onion cook for 5 minutes, then add garlic paste 1 tsp cook for 1 minute. Then add cumin powder, tomato puree, chilli, salt to taste, sugar and thyme cook for 5 minutes then discard the thyme then add marinated chicken and mix well and cover and cook for 10 minutes in a slow flame.Then check the chicken, when turns tender, add cashew nuts paste and water, mix well.
* Step 3
Again cook for 5 minutes, serve hot with steam rice and roti.
