Persian coffee
In Iran we we use much flavor for everyday cooking even for non-Iranian recipe and foods 😇
Ingredient

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Pour water in a kettle and let it boil.
* Step 2
Mix coffee powder and cocoa powder and sugar and cardamom.
* Step 3
Add 3 cups water and bring to boil until thickened (1cup reduces during boiling. If it poured out of the pot, lower the flame)
* Step 4
Add damask (or Persian) rose water and put the pot on top of the boiling kettle.
* Step 5
Let it be there for 20-30 minutes.
