Eggless Caramel Pudding

Ingredient

1/2 litre

Milk

1/2 cup

sugar

2 tablespoons

cornflower

25 grams

khoya/Mawa

1.5 teaspoons

vanilla essence

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Bring half ltr milk to boil. Add half cup sugar and 2 tbsp cornflower.

* Step 2

Add 25 gms khoya (Mawa). Keep stirring in low flame. Add 1 and a half tsp vanilla essence and put off the gas.

* Step 3

In another vessel, put 4 tbsp sugar and 1 tbsp water till it caramelizes.

* Step 4

When the caramel cools, pour the milk on it and set it in the refrigerator for 2 hours. De mold and serve
