Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Coffee Jelly

* Step 2

Prepare a square cake pan or casserole dish.

* Step 3

Pour the cold water into the gelatin powder and stir well. Store in the fridge until ready to use.

* Step 4

Brew the hot coffee. You can make it quite thick to get a stronger coffee flavour.

* Step 5

Add the sugar to the hot coffee and stir.

* Step 6

Microwave the gelatin mixture to melt. Pour the melted gelatin into the hot coffee solution and stir well.

* Step 7

Pour the coffee solution into the cake pan and keep in the fridge until solid.

* Step 8

Cut into cubes.

Whipped Chocolate Cream

* Step 10

Pour the chocolate sauce into the cream and whip until stiff.

Add the sugar to the cream and whip until stiff.

Assembly

Prepare a beer glass or any larger, preferably tall, glass.

Add a scoop of vanilla ice cream to the glass.

Add the cubed coffee jelly.

* Step 17

Pour the iced coffee over the jelly cubes.

* Step 18

Use a piping bag to cover the jelly cubes with the whipped cream.

* Step 19

Use a piping bag to add a layer of the whipped chocolate cream.

* Step 20

Add some chocolate cereal.

* Step 21

Add another layer of whipped cream.

* Step 22

Add some coffee jelly cubes on top and decorate as you like.
