Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Put soaked dal into blender to make a nicc paste now add salt,ginger,green chilli,hing,cumin seeds mix together and rest for 20 minutes
* Step 2
Heat a deep pan put mustard oil afer smoked oil deep fry bhalla
* Step 3
Fry all bhalla and let it cool down u can store into airtight container for 20 days in freeze
* Step 4
Making Dahi Bhalla soaked some bhalla into normal water for 1/2 hour take vada put some thick curd sprinkle all mention spices,chutneys and garnish with pomegranate seeds
