jowar

200 gm

ghee

As needed

dry fruits

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Carefully wash 3 or 4 time to Jowar and spread in sunlight on a cloth.

When it completely dried griend it make jowar flour.

Now make jawar dough with ghee and water and make thick chapati on low flame.

* Step 4

Make small pieces of chapati, now grind chapati pieces in mixer grinder, and make churma, spread this churma on a cloth.After 1 hr we can add powder sugar and dry fruits.

* Step 5

Serve it with pikle, raita or tea.
