Cooking instructions

First of all soak poha for 2 minute.

Cut all vegetable very thin and roast in an fry fan, add all spices then add poha and sweet corn, mix well.

* Step 3

Serve in a plate add lemon juice, garnish with lemon slice and mint leaves.
