Spinach Corn Poha Parantha

#Post2 All kids avoid spinach and vegetables, in this Parantha I used vegetables and Corn making Poha and spinach pure used to make dough for Parantha. So it's very healthy and also used cheese to make tasty for kids. It's really so yummy ,my baby finish it and love it so much.
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Take a big bowl, add wheat flour, salt, 2 spoon ghee, blanched Spinach pure, make a dough and keep aside.
* Step 2
Soak Poha in running water, strain it and keep aside.
* Step 3
Heat 2 spoon oil in a pan,add mustered seed when it's flattered, add all Chopped vegetables and Saute for five minute.
* Step 4
Add all dry masale and mix well.
* Step 5
Now add soaked Poha,mix well, cook for 2 minutes, it's ready.
* Step 6
Now take a small bol of dough and roll chapati stuffed with ready vegetables Poha and sprinkle on top grated cheese, joint the edges make bol and roll the Parantha.
* Step 7
Heat a nonstick tave apply little ghee and roast Parantha on both the sides.
* Step 8
Poha Parantha is ready, serve with curd or some Vegetables Rayta.
