White Bread
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Take a small bowl add water,yeast and sugar mix well leave it for froth 15 minutes
* Step 2
Take a large bowl add flour,salt,milk powder and mix.
* Step 3
Now add the yeast mixture in flour and mix.add Olive oil.mix again.
* Step 4
Now proof the dough for 6 hours or over night.
* Step 5
After proofing, mix the dough with spatula and transfer to greased baking loaf now proof it for an hour.
* Step 6
After second proofing preheat the oven at 200 c,some egg wash and sprinkle some sesame seeds on top of the bread.
* Step 7
Bake the bread for 45 minutes until golden brown in colour.Enjoy.
