Baked kheer pudding
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Soak rice for 1 hour mix rice &milk and boil it on slow heat for 35 minutes or till it becomes thick.now cool it
* Step 3
Add egg & and sugar,dry fruits.and butter to thick kheer. mix it well
* Step 4
Pour this batter into a small greased mould
* Step 5
Chocolate cream top:
melt chocolate in double boiler. Add fresh amul cream in it.
Serve kheer pudding with chocolate sauce on top.
