Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Boil 4 large potatoes, 1/2 cup peas & 1/2 cup chopped carrots

* Step 2

Boil palak. Grind palak mint leaves and green chilli.

* Step 3

.On a flat pan heat  75 gm  butter/ghee/oil and fry 2 chopped onions.

* Step 4

. Add 2 chopped tomatoes or puree,Add 3 tsp of Pav bhaji masala and salt to taste.

* Step 5

Garam masala for taste. Add little water and mix well.
