Butter Mushrooms

#loosingweight Mushrooms are low in carbs, good for weight loss ,butter is high in carbs, both balance each other . In this recipe as Butter is used 1 tsp only. So no ham for Weight watchers. You can have this as evening snack or as a side dish with any meal.

Ingredient

200 gms

Mushrooms

1 tsp

butter

1/4 tsp

oregano

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Wash the Mushrooms and Pat dry them.Cut into halves (not into tiny bits).

* Step 2

In a pan heat butter,put garlic and saute a little. Add mushrooms, and all the spices and cook on medium to high flame for 3 minutes, Stirring all the time. (On slow flame mushrooms will release water.)

* Step 3

Mushrooms are done. Serve.
