In a kneading bowl mix all the above listed ingredients. Make a soft dough with the help of water.

Divide the dough into equal size balls. Roll like a thin chapati.

Now cut the circle in small diamond shape

Heat enough oil in a pan for deep frying. Fry the pieces on a slow flame till golden brown.

Drain on paper napkin. Serve with tea or coffee.
