Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Wash and scrap the skin of the bitter gourd.
* Step 2
Cut into three pieces and remove the seeds and pulp of bitter gourd.
* Step 3
Boil bitter gourd in a pressure cooker with little amount of water.
* Step 4
After one whistle switch off the flame and release the pressure.
* Step 5
Take a bowl add boiled and mashed potato,salt,black pepper,coriander leaves and mint leaves and m ix well.
* Step 6
Stuff the filling in the bitter gourd pieces.
* Step 7
Heat oil in a pan and fry this stuffed bitter gourd till light brown,strain it.
* Step 8
Heat 2 tbsp oil in the same pan.
* Step 9
Add ginger garlic and saute for one mins
* Step 10
Now add chopped onion and saute till light brown.
* Step 11
Add green chilli and tomato puree and cover it and cook in a low flame for five mins.
* Step 12
Now add coriander powder,cumin seeds powder,garam masala powder,salt and sugar and mix well.
* Step 13
Add one cup of water and bring to boil
* Step 15
Take a serving bowl add biter gourd pieces and pour the makhni gravy.
