Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Take flour in bowl add salt and carom seeds

* Step 2

Add ghee and Moran in it

* Step 3

Make crumbled, add water and make dough

Take rice flour and ghee in a bowl

* Step 5

And mix finely

* Step 6

Keep aside dough and cover

* Step 7

Heat oil add jeera,rai and hing

* Step 8

Add potatoes and other given ingredients

* Step 9

Cook them and mash Add spices

* Step 10

Let it cool

* Step 11

Then divide dough in equal balls

* Step 12

Take one ball and roll it

* Step 13

Then spread rice flour mix upon it

* Step 14

Then in center put filling and stick all sides

* Step 15

Prepare all kachoris like that

* Step 16

Heat oil and fry them on low flame till become brown

* Step 17

Serve these yummy khasta kachoris and enjoy
