Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Keep all required ingredients ready. Finely chop onion and tomato. Cut potato into small pieces. Heat the oil a pan, temper with cumin seeds, put onion and tomato and saute untill they r soft.

* Step 2

Add potato pieces, termeric and saute well on sim heat for three minutes. Add water, close lid and cook for ten minutes.

* Step 3

Coradly grinde chillis and cirriander, add to potato subzi, add salt, lemon juice.turn well and turn iff heat. Alu subzi is ready.
