Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Keep all the ingredients ready. Soak sabudana in water for 30 minutes, drain extra water once sabudanas are soft using strainer.
* Step 2
Dry roast and grind ground nuts to coarse powder, grind cumin and pepper to powder, boil and mash potatoes. Mix all ingredients to sabudana well.
* Step 3
Make vadis from sabudana mixture, shallow fry on both sides using tawa, grease oil to tawa well. Sabudana vadis are ready.
