Tea cakes originated in Britain and were served, as the name implies, with afternoon tea. But in the South, the cookies evolved into a special snack. In some families they were served only on holidays. In others, they were especially for children.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Beat sugar and eggs until they become fluffy. Then add oil into it and beat for 2 mins.
* Step 2
When the mixture is fluffy, add maida, baking soda, cocoa powder and baking powder and mix well (DO NOT BEAT)
* Step 3
Preheat the oven at 180 for 10 mins. Spread baking sheet in the mold and add a little oil, pour the mixture into it.
Bake for at least 30 minutes.
