It is often served with makki di roti. Sarson ka saag and Makki ki roti is closely associated with Punjab, I learned this dish from my elderly and my family absolutely love this dish!

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Palak aur sarson ke saag ko cut karlen aur methi ke pattay tor ke inhe achi tarah dho lein. bari pateele me 1 jug pani daal kar in sab cheezoon ko hari mirchon ke sath cook karen. at least 1 hour cook karne ke baad isko achi tarah mix karlen, just like in pics

Oil me pyaz aur timatar ko daal kar bhun lein, jab wo naram hojayen to usme lehsana drak ka paste daal ka 1 min tak bhune aur phir isnme tamam masalay daaal kar bhun lein
* Step 3
Phir isme matar add karke bhun lein aur 1 glass paani add karen takar matar gal jaye/
* Step 4
Isme sarson ka saag paste add karen aur achi tarah bhun lein phir isme hari mirchen aur hara dhania daal kar isko dam pe rakhden
* Step 5
Ek pan me oil aur makhan le kar usme lehsan daal ka brown karlen aur iska tarqa saag me laga dein
