Karelo ko kaat kar 4tbsp salt me rakh dein phr dho kar chaan lein. Oil garam kar ke karelon ko achi tarah sukha kar fry krlen. Oil ko half kar ke isme pyaz ko fry karein or tomatoes or tamam samaan daal kar thori der ke liyr pakayen
