Ingredient

basin

2 pinch

meetha soda

to taste

salt

1/2 tsp

chaat masala

1/2 tsp

zeera

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Add all the ingredients in basin and mix it well.

* Step 2

Peel and cut the potatoes.

* Step 3

Heat oil, deep fry the dipped potatoes.

* Step 4

Fry till golden brown.
