Oil me pyaaz or zeere ko brown karein. methi dana or paste daal denn. usko fry karein or tomatoes ke sath tamam masala daal lein 1/2 cup paani daalen or aalu add krden. bhun lein.
* Step 2
Paani daalen or flame halki rakh ke pakayen. aalu gal jaye to 5 glass pani daalen. boil hone or chawal add krden.
* Step 3
Medium flame par pakayen. or dam par rkhden. ready!
