Homemade papdi

Ingredient

1 cup

maida

1/2 cup

suji

4 tsp

oil

To taste

salt

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Take a big bowl add maida, suji and oil, rub with hands, now add little water and make a soft dough,cover it with kitchen towel and keep it for rest for 30 minute.

* Step 2

Now take a roll, make a big chapati, and cut papdi with round small papdi with shape cutter.

* Step 3

Fry all padi with medium hot oil.

* Step 4

Serve with boil potato and curd and imli chutney.
