Ingredient

4 cup

milk

1 tablespoon

sugar

2 tablespoons

flour

1 teaspoon

baking powder

1

egg

2 tablespoons

chopped pistachio

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Heat milk in a heavy bottomed pot.Bring it boil and add half cup of sugar set it for simmering at medium low heat.Whisk an egg with ghee and 1tbsp sugar

* Step 2

Mix together powdered milk flour and baking powder.Gradually add egg mix with powdered milk mix knead it gently into a dough

* Step 3

Make 12-15 dough balls and flatten them

* Step 4

Add the dough balls to the simmering milk.Cover and cook for 15 minutes.The dough balls will swell to double their size

* Step 5

Once the rasmalai is done,place them in a dish sprinkle pistachios and kaser and refrigerate.
