Veggie Lentil Bowl

In frame, we have Veggie Lentil bowl which I eat atleast once a week. It's super easy to make, rich in flavour, filling and oil-free too.

Ingredient

Food ration :

1 serving
1/4 cup

red cabbage

Dash

lime

to taste

Salt

1/2 tsp

black pepper

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Simply boil the dal with turmeric, asafoetida and salt and season it with black pepper and roasted cumin.

* Step 2

Transfer this 1 cup dal to a bowl. Add all the raw veggies & eggs.

* Step 3

Add salt and pepper to taste.

* Step 4

Garnish with fresh coriander and serve.
