Mushroom Spinach Toast

Mushroom Spinach Toast

I personally love this mushroom-spinach combo and have tried this in so many of my dishes. I always want to eat them as both are highly nutritive, low in calories, great sauce of fiber and protein.

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Heat 1/2 tsp olive oil in pan, add garlic+ cumin and sauté until seeds crackle.

* Step 2

Now add mushroom and stir for 2 mins.

* Step 3

Add spinach and cook until spinach wilts.

* Step 4

Add salt, pepper and red chilli powder and mix well. Now keep this spread aside.

* Step 5

Take a bowl, add curd, coriander chutney, pinch of salt and flax seeds powder,mix well and keep aside.

* Step 6

Toast bread from both sides.

* Step 7

First apply half of curd mixture on one toast followed by half of mushroom mixture. Garnish with black sesame seeds.

* Step 8

Do the same for another toast This yields 2 toast.
