Strawberry kulfi

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Take milk in a sauce pan, boil it and simmer for 5 mins.Set aside to cool.
* Step 3
Once milk is boiled, add condensed milk.Add water to cornflour & mix well without any lumps.
* Step 4
Add cornflour mixture along with sugar.Keep cooking.
* Step 5
Once it starts to slightly thicken & coat the laddle,switch off and set aside to cool.Take strawberries in a mixer jar and puree it.
* Step 6
Refrigerate the milk atleast for 30 mins then add strawberry puree, mix well.
* Step 7
Now add strawberry essence and mix it.
* Step 8
Then pour it in kulfi moulds / popsicle moulds.Insert icecream stick then freeze for 6-8 hrs atleast.Then show the mould under running tap water.Slowly remove the kulfis and serve.
