Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Take a big bowl add rava,besan and curd and mix well add mix chopped capsicum, corrinder salt,chilli, turmeric,ginger garlic paste and mix well add required amount of water and make a thick paste

* Step 2

Heat oil in a nonstick pan add mustard seeds and curry leaves

* Step 3

Mix eno into the batter and give a slight mix throughout the batter immediately drop the batter into the pan cook covererd for 5 minutes filp and cook for five minute till the crust is crisp

* Step 4

Take it out and serve with green chutney
