Chinese steamed rava balls

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Take water in a Kadhal add salt grated ginger, black pepper and garlic powder let it come to a boil add rava and oil mix it well till the mixture is thick.make sure there are no lumps.switch off the flame and cover it with a lid and let it rest for 10 minutes
* Step 2
Open the lid and transfer the mixture in a bowl grease your hands and knead the mixture till it is smooth
* Step 3
Now take a mixture and shape it into small round balls
* Step 4
In a steamer add water and let it boil keep the balls on a steamer plate and steam for 20 mins remove the balls from the steamer and keep it aside
* Step 5
Heat oil in a pan firstly saute chopped ginger garlic and green chilli add chopped onion and capsicum saute for a minute add red chilli sauce,soya sauce,schezwan chutney and salt and mix well
* Step 6
Now add the balls and toss it well
* Step 7
Chinese rava balls is ready to serve
