Apple jack chicken salad
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Heat the oil/butter in a non-stick pan and saute the chicken,beans,capsicum,and baby potato together for 2 to 3 minutes
* Step 2
Transfer the sauted mixture to a salad bowl,add apple,tomatoes and walnuts and mix together
* Step 3
Blend the lemon juice, Apple juice, mayonnaise, tarter sauce and cheese spread along with the oregano, pepper and salt to make a smooth dressing
* Step 4
Pour the dressing over the salad and toss well chill.serve with small buns and croissant
