Tasty bhi Healthy bhi🍸 No artificial colours & flavours .This healthy carrot almond milkshake taste delicious .Almonds are used to add taste, nutrition and thickens. Adjust the quantity of almonds according to your taste. These are so versatile , protein packed and are amazing super food .Carrots are known for it's high content of Vitamin A. Including carrots in our daily diet improves our eyesight , digestion boosts immunity , helps to prevents cancer and pre-mature aging if skin. Even kids who don't like carrots will love this milkshake. It is a delicious way to sneak carrots into kids diet.

Ingredient

Food ration :

4 servings
1 glass

cold milk

12-15

almonds

1 serving spoon

fresh cream

1 tablespoon

sugar (optional)

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Peel,wash,chop and boil carrots.

* Step 2

Blanch Almonds.

* Step 3

Peel,few you keep for garnishing.

* Step 4

In a mixer put carrots,almonds,sugar and elachi powder.

* Step 5

Grind for a minute to form a smooth paste.

* Step 6

Now add ice-cream, fresh cream,few ice-cubes.

* Step 7

Churn again for a minute.

* Step 8

Adjust the taste.

* Step 9

Transfer into a tall glass with crushed ice.

* Step 10

Garnish with sliced almonds and mint leaves.

* Step 11

Serve chilled.
