Kashmiri matar palak

This is very delicious recipe of kashmir.
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
First in a pan,take 2 tsp oil. Add finely chopped garlic cloves,then add finely chopped onions. Cook it for about 2-3 minutes. Then add kashmiri degi mirch powder,turmeric powder and salt. Mix well.
* Step 2
Now add finely chopped tomato and cook until they becomes soft. Then add green peas. Cover it and cook for about 3-4 minutes.
* Step 3
Now add finely chopped spinach and mix all Ingredients well. Cover the lid and cook it about 4-5 minutes.kashmiri matar palak is ready.Add some garam masala powder.Mix well. Serve hot with rotis.
