Roasted bell pepper soup

This is very delicious and healthy recipe . I love the colour of this soup .
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
First take all colour bell pepper.Cut into halves and remove seeds. Now take baking tray and grease it well. Put all bell pepper on it and bake it for about 15 minutes.
* Step 2
Now take out from oven and cooking down now cut it into small pieces.
* Step 3
Now in a pan take butter,now add 1 tsp oil. Then add garlic.Saute it. Then add onion and ginger. Saute it for 2 minutes. Now add tomatoes. Cook it for about 2 minutes. Turn off the burner.
* Step 4
Now in a grinder,take roasted chopped bell pepper and cooked onion mix, puree it well.
* Step 5
Now in a pan take 1 tsp butter,then add bell pepper puree. Add 2 cups water.. Let it boil then add salt and black pepper powder. Roasted bell pepper soup is ready.Garnish with coriander leaves. Serve hot.
