This is very delicious dish form state maharashtra .It has made with gram flour, coriander leaves and spices . You can serve these vadi with any chutney .
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Take one bowl add gram flour into this.Then add all spices like coriander powder,cumin powder,garam masala powder,turmeric powder,red chilli powder,asafoetida and sesame seeds. Mix well.
* Step 2
Then add coriander leaves, ginger garlic and green chill paste. Mix well.Add 2 cups of water,mix well and make smooth batter.
* Step 3
Now take a pan or thali,grease it well with oil.Now pur this batter into this and steam it into steamer for about 15 minutes. Let it Cool down and remove from pan.
* Step 4
Then cut it into small square shape pieces or desired shapes.
* Step 5
In a pan take 2 tbsp oil,when oil is getting hot,add these pieces.Cook from both sides. Kothambir vadi is ready.Serve hot with chutney.
