Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Take suji 1 cup, add curd, add chopped onion, chopped tomato, chopped carrot, chopped capsicum, salt, black pepper powder, rai(mustard seeds)water to make a smooth medium batter and keep it aside for few minutes so that suji can soak the moisture and rise well. Now check it if any more water requirement is there, if yes, then add little water. Now add soda or eno.

* Step 2

Mix well. Now grease the appe pan and pour the batter in each cavity and cover it with lid and let these Appe cook on sim. After 3-4 minutes turn their sides and grease them and again cover the lid and let them cook on sim. Now check them and take them out. Serve hot with tea or coffee and chutney or sauce of your choice.
