Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Knead the dough with wheat flour,dal,dry masalas,onion,coriander leaves.

* Step 2

Now take a ball from the dough and roll it with rolling pin.

* Step 3

Now fold it in triangle.

* Step 4

Again fold it in triangle and roll it again with rolling pin.

* Step 5

Now roast the parathas with desi ghee from both the sides.

* Step 6

You can give any shape to parathas.

* Step 7

Pack them in tiffin.

* Step 8
