Ingredient

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Take ball from the dough and roll it.

* Step 2

Now apply some ghee over it

* Step 3

Now make a mixture of onion,mint,coriander leaves and salt and black pepper powder.

* Step 4

Now spread this mixture over the rolled chapatti.

* Step 5

Now fold it from 4 corners and again roll with rolling pin.

* Step 6

Now roast the paratha with ghee from both the sides on tawa.

* Step 7

Serve hot with pickle,curd.

* Step 8
