today I'm going to show you how to make my favourite sweet dish in easy way, the name is Egg and Suji Halwa.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
In mixy jaar beat eggs, add milk, clarified butter, cardomom powder and sugar. Grind it till fine mixture is ready.
* Step 2
In pan or Kadai, pour the mixture add semolina and food colour stir continuously, cook it on low to medium heat for 10 to 12 min, till thick halwa is ready.
* Step 3
Serve halwa garnish with finely sliced dry fruits of your choice.
