Mediterranean Grilled Tuna

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Mince garlic parsley, rosemary and sea salt to a paste.
* Step 2
Drizzle tuna steaks with olive oil.
* Step 3
Lightly rub herb and garlic mixture on both sides of tuna steaks. Let marinade for 30-minutes.
* Step 4
Heat a skillet and add tuna steaks until heated to desired doneness. Note, to keep from over cooking the tuna, leave it a little frozen in the center before cooking.
