Appetizer "zucchini cake"
An interesting cold appetizer for any feast. If you love garlic, zucchini, this is for you.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Grate zucchini on a coarse grater. Salt a little more than usual. Let stand until the juice is released. Good squeeze. Pour out the juice. Finely chop the dill.
* Step 2
Add three eggs, dry garlic, flour and part of the dill. Mix well.
* Step 3
Spread a portion of the "dough" on a preheated pan, level and fry on both sides until cooked.
* Step 4
Helpful advice :
The diameter of the pan should not be large. Pancakes are very tender and can break. Try to ensure that the thickness of the pancake does not exceed five millimeters.
* Step 5
Prepare the filling. In cream cheese, add the remaining dill (most), grated garlic on a fine grater and salt to taste. Mix well.
* Step 6
Cut tomatoes into thin slices. I have small ones, so I needed more. And the average size is enough for four.
* Step 7
Spread the zucchini pancake with the resulting cheese mixture. Lay in a single layer mugs of tomatoes. On top of the second pancake and so on. I only have four pancakes. The top layer is cheesy and decorate to your liking.
* Step 8
Put the snack in the refrigerator for several hours. Then when cutting, the pieces keep their shape well. Just like a cake!
