Leftover pasta salad
I had some leftover cooked rigatoni pasta - not quite enough for two people as a main course, so I threw together this pasta salad to enjoy with some grilled chicken. You could add anything you like to it. I just kept it simple with some zesty lemon.

* Step 1
I used rigatoni pasta which was quite big so I chopped it into smaller pieces. Then Mix all of the ingredients together in a bowl, season to taste and serve.
