Fattoush Salad

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Cut the pita breads into the small triangles. Drizzle with olive oil and spring with zaatar and salt. Bake until golden brown.
* Step 2
Meanwhile make your dressing by mixing all of the dressing ingredients together and set aside.
* Step 3
Prepare the salad - deseed and roughly chop the tomatoes. Roughly chop the lettuce (both types). finely chop the herbs. quarter the cucumber, remove the seeds and roughly chop. Place in a bowl, add the pitta chips and drizzle over the dressing.
