Garlic Mushrooms with Goats Cheese & Pine Nuts
Great starter or side dish. Suitable for a vegetarian.

Cooking instructions
* Step 2
Add olive oil and mushrooms to a frying pan cup side up.
* Step 3
Add garlic to the cups of the mushrooms and season.
* Step 4
After 2-3 minutes turn the mushrooms.
* Step 5
In a second pan on a low heat start dry roasting the pine nuts. Keep tossing throughout.
* Step 6
Start slicing the goats cheese. Turn the mushrooms and add the cheese to the cups. Wait for the cheese to melt.
* Step 7
Add the balsamic glaze to the plates in any pattern you fancy.
* Step 8
When the cheese is melted, plate up. Start with the mushrooms and then top with the pine nuts.
