caster sugar

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

spread pastry with white egg

* Step 2

sprinkle with custer sugar

* Step 3

cover with cooking paper and cooling wraps

* Step 4

beat egg yolk with sugar + cornflour + vanila

* Step 5

pour half milk and stir

* Step 6

combine with milk on stove and cook for 3 more minutes

* Step 7

spread caster on hot pastries

* Step 8

wisk all topings ingredients and spread on top of pastries after cooled in the fridge for about 2hrs
