Smoked Paprika Potato wedges (with Skins on)

Smoked Paprika Potato wedges (with Skins on)

Is a Recipe I made up. Have seen pack's of frozen Potato wedges sold in the frozen food chain of Iceland Shops.Is a lazy cooking method for you don't have too peel the Potatoes.

Ingredient

Food ration :

1 or 2 People

Cooking time :

1 hr 10 min
4 tbsp.

Olive Oil

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Place cold tap water in a very large Mixing Bowl, add the Potatoes too the cold water and use your Fingers too clean the outer Skins of the Potatoes, can rinse several times the Potatoes, drain the water away and then add some more fresh cold tap water.

* Step 2

Cut through the middle of the Potatoes and then lay them down flat and then cut down the middle too form 4 wedges from the One Potato - do this with the rest of the Potatoes and then lay them down on the Baking Tray - Skin sides down at first with the Baking Tray greased with a Tablespoon of Olive Oil at the bottom of the Baking Tray.

* Step 3

Add 3 tablespoons of Olive Oil over the top of the raw Potato wedges and then add the 3 heaped teaspoons of Smoked Paprika, or Paprika and then add the teaspoon of Ground Black Pepper and then add the 3 teaspoons of Coarse Sea Salt.

* Step 4

Bake in the oven at either Gas Mark 7,or 8 - turn the Potato wedges over - half way through cooking time. Once done enough for you - then serve (might still be okay, even if you don't turn them over).
