Thai Green Curry w/ Duck

An easy dish to make, with all your favourite Thai flavours

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Fry your duck skin side down for 5 minutes and finish in the oven for 12 minutes at 180c

* Step 2

Get coconut milk in a wok and add the Thai green curry seasoning and add bamboo shoots

* Step 3

Simmer for 15 minutes

* Step 4

Boil your jasmine rice in a pan for 12 minutes

* Step 5

Serve everything with some basil, red chilli and spring onion as garnish
