Crêpes of Gundel
crêpe-like variety of pancake from Hungary.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
The ingredients of the crêpe dough mixed very well, until no limp in it. Let it sit for a half an hour, then if it’s still too thick, just dilute with milk or soda water till you get the proper consistency/texture.
* Step 2
For the walnut filling, heating the milk up with the sugar. Then add the raisins, the lemon zest, the vanilla extract, the ground walnut. Cook until the components are well blended. Turn off the gas and let it cool down.
* Step 3
For the chocolate sauce, heat 200ml milk up with the chocolate. In a separate bowl stirring the vanilla extract, the egg yolks, the sugar, the cocoa powder, the flour and 100ml milk. Slowly pour the (milk+chocolate) into the mixture (vanilla, cocoa, flour, sugar, egg, milk), then place the whole sauce over a hot water bath, stirring until the boiling point. Let it cool down completely.
* Step 5
Fill the crêpes with walnut filling and rolled them up. Serving it with the chocolate sauce and spray cream
